•Filing- Ensure every employee has a complete employee file
•sending correspondence
•Liaising with Suppliers to manage to outsource staff
•Verification of invoices from suppliers
•Support in monthly Staff Engagement Activities
•Support with new hire onboarding-All new joiners are personally welcomed and necessary paperwork is completed in an organized and efficient manner.
•Employees’ anniversaries are tracked and anniversary gifts and cards are personally handed over by the Head of Department, Hotel, and/or General Manager.
